East Tennessee Eye Care provides medical eye care services for acute and chronic ocular conditions. Dr. Russell is therapeutically certified by the Tennessee Board of Optometry.
- InfantSEE®
Through InfantSEE®, optometrists provide a one-time, comprehensive eye and vision assessment to babies in their first year of life, usually between the ages of 6 and 12 months, offering early detection of potential eye and vision problems at no cost regardless of income or ability to pay.
- Children's Vision
Treatment of vision related problems of the child can be multifaceted, possibly requiring the special use of glasses, vision therapy and other therapies.
