At first glance, Jennifer may seem like our receptionist, as she is the voice you will hear when you call our office and the first person you will meet when you enter our office, but her duties ensure you have the best possible experience in every aspect of your visit. 

Jennifer continuously monitors our schedule and keeps things running as smoothly as possible to ensure the shortest wait times possible.  She also works with your vision and medical insurance companies to ensure you receive your maximum benefits.  She coordinates this information with other members of our eye care team to provide the highest level of service possible.

Lori has been associated with East Tennessee Eye Care from the first day.  Many of our current patients have become accustomed to her smiling face and extensive knowledge on a regular basis. 

Lori is now the office manager at East Tennessee keeping things running smoothly.  In addition to her managerial duties, Lori handles all insurance and patient account issues.  She works diligently to ensure every patients insurance is filed correctly and each patient account is accurate.

East Tennessee Eye Care is pleased to welcome the newest member of our eye care team.  Though Nichola is our latest addition, she brings with her many years of optical expertise.  Nichola began her optical career in England and has continued to grow and expand her skills since moving to the United States a few years ago.  She not only is an expert in all the current lens materials and designs, but she has a special knack for finding just the right frame for anyone. 

Nichola is part of East Tennessee Eye Care's increased effort to become the premier optical boutique in the Tri-Cities.  She is currently leading the complete remodeling of The Optical Boutique at East Tennessee Eye Care from the ground up taking charge of everything from eyewear consultant to seeking out the newest, freshest eye wear styles. 

Jessica performs all special testing.  She collects the patient history and takes the most accurate measurements possible to aid Dr. Russell in performing the most comprehensive examination possible.
