   • We offer an unconditional two year warranty (excluding theft or loss).  If your frame is damaged, we will repair or replace your frame at no additional charge up to two years from your date of purchase.

   • Our Eyewear Consultants use the CyberEyes Digital Imager.  The CyberEyes Imager eases the final selection of eyewear by allowing you to virtually see your eyewear choices.  The CyberEyes Imager provides our In-Office Optical Lab and our Optical Lab Partners with the most precise measurements possible, within fractions of a millimeter.  These delicate measurements ensure your new eyewear is customized to the unique characteristics of your facial features.
4. WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRESCRIPTIONS AND EYEWEAR
   • Our doctor and optical team will guarantee your prescription.  In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the vision your new eyewear provides, we will verify and recheck your prescription at no additional charge.
5. IN-OFFICE OPTICAL LABORATORY
   • East Tennessee Eye Care's in-office laboratory can provide same day service on many prescriptions.  Our optical lab technician has many years experience in the fabrication of high quality eyewear. 
6. WE UNDERSTAND INSURANCE
   • The insurance specialist and eyewear consultants at East Tennessee Eye Care understand each different vision plan.  Our goal is to help you maximize your eye care benefits. 
7. MULTIPLE PAIR DISCOUNTS
   • No eyewear selection can provide optimal benefits in every situation. Depending on your specific vision requirements additional eyewear may be necessary.  East Tennessee Eye Care has developed a unique agreement with our optical laboratories allowing us to offer a 50% discount on additional eyewear purchase on the same day.

   • Occassional "tune-ups" are required to ensure your eyewear is providing optimal vision.  East Tennessee Eye Care provides free adjustment and cleaning for the life of the frame and lenses.
